i want to be a teacher because i feel this is the way i can make the biggest difference in peoples lives. i want to be a good influence for our children for the next generations. i had many teachers make an influence in my life and many teachers have helped me through many hard times in my life. parents are the biggest influence but when parents are not around for students, they can look to their teachers for support. if i can help one student and make a difference in their life, that would be the biggest accomplishment i could get.
good teaching is when the student and teacher make a relationship is when good teaching is occuring. every teacher that i ever had a relationship would help me in my classes. i would look forward to going to these classes and would want to succeed for them because i truely knew they wanted me to. it made such a difference to me. if the class was one that i was not interested in, if i had a good relationship with my teacher then i would still be more stimulated in the class, i would look forward to talking to the teacher about what was going on in my life when i went to class and enjoyed being in the classroom with them.
